Eva Lee Hardy

Eva Lee Hardy, age 92, of Loganville, Georgia passed away on Sunday August 19, 2018. Eva was born July 20, 1926 in Cullman, Alabama to Isaac and Mary Downs. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and loved to support her grandchildren in all that they did, never missing an event or a game that they were a part of. Eva was a excellent cook and was known for making her family their own special cake on their birthday. Mrs. Hardy was preceded in death by her husband of 76 years, Timothy Walker Hardy, and her son Johnny Hardy. Survivors include her daughter Marie Beth Ward and husband Scott of Loganville, son Timothy Hardy and wife Robin of Loganville, grandchildren Christy, Chris (Kyoko), Lauren, Jennifer (Josh), Lacey, T.J., and Kelci (Trey), and great grandchildren Caleb, Said, Kiersten, Gunner and Calvin Walker.

A visitation for Eva will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Eternal Hills Funeral Home Chapel, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039. A burial will occur at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, Georgia 30039.
