George (Pop) Ulrich was married to Nell Kennedy for 47 years, who passed 6-26-2000. They had three children; Michael who married Jane, Pamela, who married Mark and Timmy, who married Tracy. From these marriages there were 8 grandchildren; Jonathon, Michael, Ashley, Mark, Matthew, Michelle, Dana and Laura. From these marriages the are 6 Great Grandchildren; Aerial, Kaleb, Davis, Ellie, Hudson and Jacob.
Pop was in the U.S Army and retired after 22 years as a ranking Warrant Officer. This time include post war in Germany and fighting in the Korean War.
Pop was an Amazing wood craftsman. He created yard ornaments, exotic bird houses, bird feeders and
characters depicting a Stork announcing who just arrived and a Clown announcing whose birthday it was.
What mattered to Pop the most was Family!
Pop enjoyed Christmas, Easter and Birthday Events the most. He also enjoyed the beach time! Pop prayed at mass on Sundays and always enjoyed going to eat breakfast afterwards.
