Horace E. Young age 90 of Conyers passed away September 26, 2011. He was a Gwinnett & Rockdale resident for 37 years; served his country during WWII in the U. S. Army 3rd Armour Div. and a veteran of the European Campaign. A member of the Snellville United Methodist Church; employed by Cherokee Plumbing Co. for 32 years before retiring in 1980. A member of Local #72 Plumbers Union. Horace was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Young and sisters and brothers. Surviving are his 15 nieces and nephews and sister-in-law, Margaret I. Young. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 28, 2011 in the Eternal Hills Chapel with Brother Bob Howard officiating.
