He loved to travel and looked forward to visiting new places. He had traveled the entire Eastern Seaboard from Florida to Canada and was working his way across the west. His adventures included, snowmobiling in Montana, Blue Men Show in Las Vegas, hiking Grand Canyon trails, and jet skiing in Daytona to name a few. He lived a short but robust and adventurous life.
Even with all that he had accomplished Michael was like so many other young adults today, struggling with the things of this world and trying to find his destiny. He had just turned a corner and was investigating the possibility of becoming a Certified Addiction Counselor. He had a passion for life and a passion for helping others. We have no words to express the loss our family feels without Michael but we know we were so blessed, fortunate, and to be envied for the time we had with him. We know he awaits us in Heaven and he is at peace!
