Obituary
Milagros Lebron, 78 passed, away on Monday September 4, 2023. Mile was born on July 26, 1945, in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico to the proud parents Matias Vidro (Dad) and Herminia Morales (Mom).
Mile moved to Glen Cove, NY in 1962, where she later met her husband Ernesto Sr. (deceased 2014). They raised their 3 children in Glen Cove & New Jersey over the years. Before Mile’s health began to decline, she worked at The Paul Corporation in New York.
In 2009 they decided to relocate to Snellville, GA, purchasing their very first home and retired, living close to their children.
Mile had very expensive taste in food (lobster, steak etc.), although she would eat in small portions, she enjoyed every meal with a Pina Colada, Root Beer float or Milkshake on the side. If they didn’t have either of these, she would talk about them the entire time. She loved to snack on jelly doughnuts with milk, she would eat this for dinner if we’d let her. She was obsessed with candy. We would find it all over her room hidden in places such as the kitchen, her dresser, under the pillow and always in her purse.
Mile enjoyed being silly with her grandkids. She learned a lot of street slang from them. This made her mouth sassier than it already was.
Mile showed her love for everyone differently. She went through a lot growing up and dealing with constant medical issues but was a fighter to the end. She was the epidemy of strength.
When she lost her ability to walk, she was cared for by her loving spouse, she called him Superman. They’re reunited once again!
Left to cherish her memory
Milagros “Mile” LeBron was is survived by her 3 children; Ernesto Jr, William (Willie) and Eileen (Mita)
Grandchildren- Danny, Chris, Jayleen, Daisha, Brennen, Nate, Juni, Alex and a host of great grandchildren.
