

Stephanie E. Butler was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 8, 1960 to parents Immogene Rogers and Walter Butler. She was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Jane Adams High School and accepted her Lord at Mt Zoin Baptist Church. She moved to Georgia in 1997 with hopes to better her life as well as her children, deciding to make Georgia her home. She was a loving Mom of three, dedicated grandmother of seven. A wonderful daughter and a dependable sister. Stephanie was a strong independant woman who fought with pain her whole life but had faith in God through it all. She was very humble and sweet but you could never knock her off her feet. In loving memories of my Mommy, Stephanie. She was preceded in death by Sonya Butler, Mary Butler, Princella Hardmon, Jonny B. Butler, and Barry Aronld, Susie Kelly (Willy), and Jonny Roger (Josephine).
She leaves to cherish her memories forever: Mother, Immogene Rogers (Charles Watkins), Father, Walter Butler, Children, Solomon Butler, Jackqulyn Butler, Grandchildren, Brecona Butler, Abigail Butler, Darnajah Adams, Daneil Butler, Seabastian Butler, Ja'vaeh Joseph, Jarvis Joseph Jr., Sister, Patrice Butler, Brothers, Walter Hollins, Raymond Norwood and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and extended family. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 9, 2012 in Eternal Hills Chapel with Rev. Winsome Kelly officiating. Interment, Melwood Cemetery, Stone Mountain. Visitation with the family will be held Friday, June 8th, 5 to 9 pm in Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, 770-972-3155.
