Adianna Francesca Donovan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved seventeen year old daughter, Adianna Francesca Donovan, on January 19, 2025, surrounded by several loved ones who cherished her, including her mother Danielle Diaz, Catherine Gabbard, her best friend Dyllan Kelley, Sage Kelley, and Matthew and Jessie Plumley, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on October 22, 2007, in New Britain, Connecticut, Adianna was the beloved daughter of Danielle Diaz. She leaves behind her three siblings Jaicee Donovan, Sophia Donovan, and Owen Donovan, her beloved pets Beanie, Mombi and Little Stuart, as well as her grandmothers Debra Catapano and Bonnie Carver. She will be forever missed by her aunt and uncle Rachel and Eric Ogden, her uncle and aunt Geno and Amanda Giancola, all of her cousins, and friends.

She is now in the care of those who went before her including her childhood best friend Angie Estrada, her grandfather Hector Diaz Jr., her great aunt Andrea Donovan, and her great grandmother Frances Roberts.

Adianna was a vibrant and beautiful soul that touched the lives of so many. Always selfless and loving to anyone that needed her. She loved makeup, music, art, nature, and animals. She had dreams of graduating high school and becoming an FBI forensic agent. Through her entire battle with cancer, she stood tall and brave. Effortlessly still loving and blessing all of those around her with friendship, support, and kindness. The world will never be as bright without her beautiful smile and contagious laughter. She's permanently etched her mark upon every soul she connected with. She will be forever missed and never forgotten.

Funeral services will be held on February 8th at 11am at Faith Living Church, 20 Grove St. Plantsville. If you wish to send flowers please have them delivered directly to the church for Saturday services.
