Angeline D'Angelo

Angeline “Angie” (D’Abramo) D’Angelo, 92 of Meriden passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at the HOCC at Bradley Memorial. She was the beloved wife of Richard D’Angelo.

She was born March 1, 1929 in Waterbury and was the daughter of the late Rocco and Elsie (Miserere) D’Abramo.

Angie retired from General Electric from the payroll department after many years of service. She loved to cook, dance, bake, travel and especially spend time with her family and her many friends.

In addition to her husband she leaves her two daughters, Enia Noonan and husband Dr. Charles Noonan of Weston and Janine Burg and husband Ben of Rocklin, CA; her granddaughter Allegra Noonan of NYC; two step-grandsons, Steve and Mark Burg both of Sacramento, CA and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson, Matthew Noonan; a brother, Anthony D’Abramo and a sister Anna Matteau.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St., Southington. Entombment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden. There are no calling hours. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington has been entrusted with the arrangements.
