

Born on March 8, 1963 in Bridgeport and raised in Stratford, she was the daughter of John Lindberg of Stratford and the late Dorothy (Jurgielewicz) Lindberg. She graduated from Stratford High School in 1981 and from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Nursing. Annie was a career driven person and had earned an exceptional reputation as a Director of Nursing at several local skilled nursing facilities. She was a care free and fun loving person whose contagious personality and infectious laugh enamored all when she walked into any room. Annie enjoyed writing children's stories and poems, she also cherished spending time at the “Cepe- Lake” house.
Besides her devoted husband of 15 years and her father, Annie is survived by a daughter Kristi Ehnot, sons Sean and Brandon Cepelak all of Wolcott, three brothers and their wives, Tommy and Annie Lindberg of Shelton, John and Tammy Lindberg of Hamden, Bob and Isabelle Lindberg of Johns Creek, GA, two sisters and their husbands, Deb and Mike McNeil of Shelton, Jane and Tommy Hannan of Milford, her father and mother in law Richard and Diane Cepelak of Wolcott, sisters in law Cheryl Cepelak and Alan Hyla of Old Saybrook, Laurie and Robyn Greaves of Allegany, NY, and many nieces and nephews.
Annie’s family would like to thank the entire staff of St. Mary’s Hospital as well as Dr. Chang, Dr. Zhang , Dr. Raad and many special friends for their care and support during the last six years of her battle with triple negative breast cancer.
Funeral Services will be at 11 AM on Monday at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd in Wolcott. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday from 4 to 8 PM and Monday morning from 10 to 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
