

He was born in Hartford on Feb. 26, 2006 the beloved son of Jeffrey and Cristin (Tamburro) Buckley. Ben was a 2nd grade student at Thalberg School. He loved baseball, especially the Boston Red Sox; he played in the Western Little League. Benjamin was an aspiring artist and went to art camp. He also enjoyed building with Lego’s. Ben loved his hamster Tuffy.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his twin brother Adam and his sister Madison, maternal grandparents Catherine and John Tamburro, his paternal grandparents Joyce and John Buckley all of Southington and great grandparents William and Rosalie Tamburro of S. Windsor. He also leaves aunts and uncles, Karen and Daniel Herens of Southington, Jerry and Christina Buckley of E. Granby and James Buckley of Manchester, cousins Ethan and Colin Herens and many great aunts, uncles and 2nd cousins.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday Jan. 28, 2014 at 10 am at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd. Southington. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Monday from 4-8pm at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington
Ben’s warm smile and carefree personality made everyone who knew him a better person. The Buckley family will proudly be establishing a foundation in memory of Ben.
