Born August 25, 1935 in Meriden, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Sara (Buongirno) Fazzino.
She is survived by her children, John Brooks Jr. and wife Karen of New Haven, Donald Brooks of Southington, Kathy Marzucca and husband Ralph of Southington, William Brooks of Southington, Philip Brooks and wife Patty of E. Hartford, Kenneth Brooks of VA, Cynthia McMahon and husband Ronald of Southington and Diane ?Dee? Brooks of Middletown; 2 sisters, Rosalie Augusta of Moodus and Patricia Brown of Meriden;
15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother Ronald Fazzino
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12 Noon at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to VITAS Hospice Care, 1579 Straits Tpke, #C, Middlebury, CT 06762.
