She was retired from the civil service, a published author and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her joy was enjoying nature, writing children stories and her grandchildren. Kathy will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Nell Graham and William Seibert, sisters Yvonne Tidmore, Jeanine Chandler and Norma Mattingly. As well as her first husband Charles W Whittington Sr and her late husband Marshall Wilson.
Survived by: son General Charles Whittington and wife Kim, daughter Cindi Sanchez and husband Joe, grandchildren Savannah and Chipper Whittington, Marissa Casale and husband Kevin, Jessica Cafasso and Jeremy Machado, Lauren Cafasso, great grandchildren Kylie Casale and Elijah Machado, sister Carol Underwood, brothers Tom and Cecil Tidmore.
