Born on September 21, 1963, she grew up in Plainville with her mother Mary K. Case and her late father Edward L. Case. She attended Plainville High School and received a Bachelor of Science at Central Connecticut State University.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her three children, Rebecca Marsh, 25, Hannah Marsh, 21, and Andrew Marsh, 21, and her husband Chris C. Decker of Longmeadow, MA.
She was a beloved mother, wife, and friend. Her smile lit up the room with charisma, spunk, and love and her admiration and compassion for animals was unmatched by anyone else.
