Cindy was born May 17, 1933 in Howland, ME. She later moved to Connecticut where she met her husband of 40 years, Norman Hebert. She was employed by Command Aero Space for many years and also enjoyed bartending.
Cindy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and so much more. She will be greatly missed for her strong will, sense of humor, and most importantly her unconditional love
