David M. Cardinale

He was born on May 15, 1990 in New Britain He attended St. Augustine School in Hartford and graduated from Plainville High School in 2008. He was employed by St. Francis Hospital in Hartford as a life support monitor technician. David loved martial arts and belonged to a martial arts studio. He was very health and fitness conscious. He was a self-taught motorcycle and auto mechanic.

He is survived by his mother Lisa Cardinale of Wallingford and her boyfriend Kit Mulock, his father Sergio Cardinale of Berlin and his fiancé

Susan Marfia. He also leaves a brother Michael A. Genovese of Hartford, his maternal grandparents Frank and Irene Hellawell of TN, aunt Franca and husband Petro Angelucci, aunt Anna Maria Corsetti , uncle Salvatore Bruno and wife Georgia Cardinale, uncle Tony Romano, cousins Penelope and Mario Cardinale, Johnny and Roberta Angelucci and Marina and Frank Corsetti.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Mario and Ginevra Cardinale.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:15 a.m. from the Della Vecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington, to St. Thomas Church at 10 a.m. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Entombment will be at Cedar Hill Mausoleum in Hartford.
