Born July 2, 1964 in Southington, he was the son of David R. Sr. and Beverly (Smith) Dougan of Southington. David attended Southington High School and worked in the construction business.
Besides his parents he is survived by two brothers Christopher Dougan and Starr Sarrazin of Meriden and Randy Dougan and wife Lynn of Southington; a sister Jody Doar and husband Anthony of Needham, MA; two nieces, Christy and Kelly Dougan and two nephews, Adam and Jonathan Doar. He also leaves a special friend Linda Hurn along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. Burial will be private.
