Denis Nothern

Denis, born in France on October 4, 1954, is the son of the late Robert and Jeannette Nothern. He is survived by his children, Alexandra, DJ and his wife Kristen, and Blaise Nothern, and their mother, Bonny Nothern and by his brothers Alain and his wife Martine, and Steven and his wife Karen. He is also survived by his loving fiancé Aislin Ciarcia, and her two sons, Justin and Tyler Parmelee. Also surviving are those who were constantly by his side throughout his illness, including Aislin's mom, Ava Cohen, and two very amazing friends, Dee Parker and Ali Green. Denis also leaves behind his many other loving friends and family who were constantly by his side throughout his illness, either physically or in spirit.

Denis' had an amazing spirit. He loved to ride his bike, play games, cook and travel. His calm nature and sense of humor had a huge influence on so many people and it's because of this that he had such a large impact on those around him. Denis' spirit and his joy for life left a loving imprint on the hearts of everyone he met. He will be missed greatly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington, CT. Calling hour will be from 11am until the time of the service.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Hughes Health and Rehabilitation staff and the Masonicare Hospice staff for their support in his final days.
