Born in Guilford, FL on July 17, 1928 he was the son of the late Eddy and Lavenia (Neveno) Williams. He was a retired employee of Pratt & Whitney. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and earned two bronze service stars and the United Nations Service Medal.
Burial with military honors will be held at 11 AM on Friday July 9, 2010 at the CT Veterans Cemetery on Bow Lane in Middletown.
