Wolcott-Ian A. Rush, 30, passed away on February 13, 2016 in New Haven.
Ian was born in Waterbury on February 17, 1985, son of Vanessa (Pesillo) Rush and Thomas Rush III. He graduated from Wolcott High School and had studied biology at Southern CT State University. He had a love of music and was a talented guitarist.
Besides his parents, both of Wolcott, he leaves a brother Thomas Rush IV of Brooklyn, NY, a sister Alexia Rush of Plantsville, his maternal grandmother Viola Pesillo of Sullivan, ME, his father’s fiancée Christine Gorneault, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many supportive and loving friends.
Ian’s life will be celebrated at 11 AM on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at The Wolcott Congregational Church 185 Center St. in Wolcott followed by a gathering in the church hall.
