Michael Angelo Milo

He was born on August 20, 1943, in New Britain, the son of the late Michael and Pasqualina (DiNello) Milo. He owned and operated Milo’s Auto Center in Plainville with his son Marc. He was a proud member of the Sons of Italy in Southington since 1987, where he served as president and vice president. He was also a member of the American Legion in Southington. He enjoyed bowling, pool, bocce, cards, and cars, but his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, especially watching his grandson Marc's baseball games.

Besides his wife he leaves his children, Marc Milo and his wife Diane of Plainville, Scott Milo and his wife Sandra of Southington and Kim Myska and her husband Greg of Plainville, his brothers, Anthony Milo and wife Elizabeth of Southington, Joseph Milo and wife Gerry of Plantsville, his grandchildren, Tricia, Nicole, Marc, Ashley, Mark and Mandi and 3 great grandchildren. He also leaves many nieces and nephews including a special niece Cheryl and her husband Gary Allard of Southington, and many special friends.

The Funeral will be held Saturday 8:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington to St. Thomas Church for Mass at 9 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 3 -7 p.m. at the funeral home.
