Nancy Robillard

Born in Waterbury, on January 16th, 1915, Nancy Anastasia Moneta was the daughter of the late Mary Shkimba and Paul Moneta. Nancy is survived by her three daughters: Joan Polowitzer of Wolcott, Nancy Rabtoy, and Marilyn Robillard both of Waterbury; four grandchildren: Lucienne Marsella and husband Charles Marsella, Lauren Nicole Lombardi, William Rabtoy, and Bonnie Wilkas; and four great-grandchildren: Shea, Spencer and Mackenzie Marsella, and Jacinda Wilkas. She was predeceased by had 5 brothers and sisters: Rose, Michael ?Mickey?, Peter, Anna, and Jack.

She and her husband built their house in Wolcott in the 1940?s, where she has lived ever since. Nancy attended Slocum School and retired from Curtis Products in Waterbury, CT.

Nancy always enjoyed being outside and working in the yard, going shopping, and always managed to celebrate two birthdays, one when she was actually born and another in November which was on her birth certificate. She will be missed by all who knew her, but will be reunited with her old neighbors, Martha Daigle, Alice Govain and favorite sister Rose Karpelman.

Nancy?s family will receive condolences at a memorial gathering from 5 to 7 PM on Friday June 3, 211 at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd. Wolcott.
