Phyllis Testa

Phyllis was born on July 17, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Angelo and Philomena (Dandonoli) Testa.

She had graduated from Sacred Heart University in 1969 In 1976 she received a masters degree from Southern Connecticut State University in Education. Phyllis also received her masters in counseling from SCSU in 1984.

She had been a 2nd grade teacher at Judson School in Watertown for 33 years.

Phyllis is survived by three aunts Julia Leone and Antoinette Testa both of Southington and Sarah Dandonoli of Waterbury. She is also survived by an uncle, Sylvester Testa of CA., along with several cousins and many good friends.

The Funeral will be held on Thursday 9:45 AM from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N, Main St. in Southington to St. Thomas Church, 99Bristol St. Southington for a mass at 10:30 AM. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, Southington. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 PM. Donations may be made to VNA at home 27 Siemon Company Dr. Watertown, CT. 06795.
