Ski proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, carrying his dedication and strength throughout his life. His time in the Marines shaped him - disciplined, loyal, and always ready to lend a helping hand. He took great pride in his service and never missed an opportunity to connect with fellow Marines. Whenever he saw someone wearing a Marine Corps cap, he’d greet them with a firm handshake and a heartfelt “Semper Fi,” a bond only those who served could truly understand.
Beyond his military service, Ski was a devoted father who cherished every moment with his family. One of his greatest joys was attending motocross events with his son, Steven, sharing their love for the sport and creating lasting memories. He also treasured Friday night John Wayne movie marathons and road trips listening to country music with his daughter, Laura, and her dog, Stella, who adored her ‘grandpa.’
Ski will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, adventurous nature, and unwavering presence. His warmth and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
