Robert H. Chevrette, 91 of Southington and formerly a longtime resident of California passed away peacefully on January 1, 2024 at the Hospital of Central CT at Bradley Memorial. He was the loving husband of the late Terry Chevrette.
Born November 6, 1932 in Central Falls RI, he was the son of the late Leo and Dorianne Chevrette.
Robert dedicated 20 years of his life to the United States Air Force retiring with full military honors and then retired from the Southern California Gas Company.
He is survived by his goddaughter and niece Diane Woolley; two brothers Emile Chevrette of FL and Donald Chevrette of MA; two sisters, Geraldine Prout of RI and Suzanne Shaw of FL. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters, Jeannine Chevrette, Vivian Swisher, Claire Labarre and one brother Norman Chevrette.
Services for Robert will be held privately with his family.
