Robert E. Duguay

Born in Lowell, MA on June 16, 1934, he was the son of the late Joseph and Eva (Gauthier) Duguay. For nearly 20 years, he was a cook at the Central CT Regional Center in Meriden. He absolutely loved the Wolcott Senior Center and participating in all of the activities there.

Mr. Duguay is survived by his son Robert Duguay Jr. and his wife Helen of Wolcott, his daughter Susan Duguay and her husband Donald Bergeron of Sept Isle, P.Q. Canada, ten grandchildren, Daniel Toussaint, Vital Toussaint, Cindy Toussaint, Marie-eve Bergeron, Danny Bergeron, Robert Duguay III, Melissa Duguay, Christina Duguay, Michael Duguay, Julia Duguay, Marie Pier Lemieux, seven great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Noel, Laurianne Noel,Jeremy Hyslop,Kasandra Hyslop, Oceanne Toussaint, Alexis Toussaint, and Naomy Bergeron. He was predeceased by a son Kenneth Duguay, five brothers Raymond, Henry, Gerard, Paul and Maurice Duguay and a sister Rita Carpenter.

Funeral will be Saturday 8:45 AM from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott to St. Francis Xavier Church for a Mass at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 6 PM.
