Robert Merritt

He was born June 15, 1968 in Southington son of Marian (Wassong) Merritt and the late Warren Merritt. He was employed by the Habasit ABT, Inc. of Middletown. Robert was an avid New England Patriots Fan. Besides his mother he leaves a brother James Merritt, 2 sisters, Patricia and Diane Merritt all of Southington. He also leaves 3 aunts, Lorraine Marzucca of Southington, Anne Woodson and Vivian Mercurio both of FL, an uncle Vernon Merritt of Fl., and several cousins. He was predeceased by a sister Margaret Merritt. His family would like to thank the Critical Care Staff of New Britain General Hospital for all their care and support.

The Funeral will be held Thursday 10 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 9-10 a.m. Thursday morning.
