

Born in Monticello, ME on January 28, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Glen and (Myrna (Graham) Nason. She retired from the former Bank of Southington and was also employed by Stanley Tool and Pratt & Whitney. She enjoyed bingo and trips to the casino but first and foremost, she enjoyed being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by two daughters Dawn Mencio and her husband Raymond of Wolcott, Sandra Membrino of Southington, her sisters ...Priscilla Stevens , Ola Dougherty and Chris O'Grady and her husband Steve, her grandchildren; Melissa Correia and her husband Ricardo; Kelly Thomas , Jennifer Amalfa and her husband Timothy , Tara Anderson and her husband William, Raymond Mencio III and his wife Jennifer her great grandchildren; Alyssa Anderson , Samantha Anderson , Robert Correia, Zachery Thomas, William Anderson, Tanner Thomas , Skye Amalfa, Morgan Amalfa and Mia Bella Mencio. She also will be greatly missed by many neices and nephews in Maine, Florida Texas and Las Vegas. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter Janet Lewis of the Marion Section of Southington.
Shirley’s family is honoring her wishes that all services are private and at the convenience of the family.
