

Southington - Teresa (Fragomeni) Cammuso, 75, the heavenly angels called her to eternity on November 17, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Anthony Cammuso.
She was born on Feb. 18, 1935 in Calabria, Italy and was the daughter of the late Cosimo and Immacolata (Trichilo) Fragomeni.
Teresa was a compassionate, kind, nurturing sole with a heart of gold. She leaves behind a legacy of loyalty and love of family and friends. Her happiest times were spent in the kitchen surrounded by her family. She will always be remembered as an exceptionally talented cook, baker and loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother and grandmother. Teresa was a parishioner of Our Lady of MT Carmel Church.
Besides her husband Anthony of 50 Years she leaves her cherished children and their spouses John Cammuso and wife Maria of Plantsville, Lucy Pellerin and husband Mark, Peter Cammuso and wife Lori, and Frank Cammuso and wife Nicole all of Southington; a brother Domenic Fragomeni of Meriden, three sisters Maria Commisso of CA, Rosa Futia of Italy and Josephine Fornaciari of Meriden; nine grandchildren (her prides and joy), Daniel, Alexander, Anthony, Desiree, Daniel, Jacob and Jordan Cammuso and Stefanie and Brianna Pellerin and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson Frank Cammuso Jr.
Teresa?s family would like to thank Dr. Asciuto and the extended Cammuso and Futia families for their support during this difficult time. The funeral will be held on Monday, Nov. 22, 2010 at 9:45 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Goodwill Ave., Meriden for a mass at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in Sacred Heart Mausoleum, Meriden.
