Born October 29, 1933 in Poland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Kelner) Stefanik.
Teresa is survived by her beloved daughter, Magdalene “Maggie” Lukiewicz of N. Kingstown, RI; a step-son, Gary Stefanik and wife Linda of AL; two stepdaughters Kelly Hutchinson and husband Bernie of NH and Kim Robinson and husband Mike of SC. and a cousin John Razukiewicz of NY.
