

He was born on March 9, 1982, the son of Thomas and Rachel (Brady) Barrett.
Tommy grew up in Southington and graduated from Wilcox Technical School in 2001.
Tommy was the proud father of his 7 year old daughter Molly. She was the beautiful and peaceful light of his life. He enjoyed and cherished her every moment. You could always find Tommy watching over Molly at a cheerleading competition, a gymnastic event or attending one of her school functions. He loved being ?Molly?s Father?.
He was a very hard worker and loved all the people in his life. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it especially his parents, who loved and supported him throughout his entire life, his sisters, whom he loved so much, his grandparents, whom he honored with great love and respect and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is survived by his parents Thomas and Rachel (Brady) Barrett of Southington, his daughter Molly Bryn Barrett, sisters Lindsey Barrett of Southington and Jamie Barrett of Virginia Beach, VA . He leaves a very special friend and mother of their daughter Alicia Irizarry and her son Jacob Irizarry, his paternal grandparents Paul and Jean Barrett of Southington and his maternal grandmother Cynthia Kaplan of West Hartford. He also leaves several aunts, uncles and cousins Linda and Bruce Graver of Wethersfield, Susan and John Ciccotelli of Southington, Uncles; Enoch Brady and his daughters, Christopher Brady and wife Nancy and daughter, Jonathan and wife Alexandra Brady and daughter, Matthew Brady, and Aunt Rebecca and husband Joe and their 2 daughters. Tommy was predeceased by his grandfather Enoch Brady.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Thomas Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013 from 6-8 p.m.
He will be remembered with love and affection and missed by all.
