Born in Southington on January 21, 1951, she was the daughter of Arline (Cargill) Eyres of Plantsville and the late Georges Eyres. She was formerly employed by General Electric in Plainville and Ultimate Wire Forms in Forestville. She adored her grandchildren, loved animals and enjoyed trips to Block Island.
Besides her mother, Wendy is survived by her two daughters Robin Teti-Montanez of Berlin, and Colleen Teti of Northampton, MA, her longtime companion Michael Kelly, her two grandchildren Jacob and Ashlynn Montanez and her friend and former husband Frank Teti Jr. She is also survived by her son-in-law Jose Montanez and his daughter Yesse. Besides her father, she was predeceased by three sisters Sharon, Lynn and Susan.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday April 18, from 5 to 7 PM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St. in Southington. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
