

Born August 25, 1927 in Frenchville, ME she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Delia (Caron) Michaud.
She moved to Southington and was employed by Criticon/Johnson & Johnson in Southington for many years. She was a parishioner from the early beginnings of St. Dominic Church and was a member of the St. Dominic Women’s Club. Yvette enjoyed visiting their summer home in Eagle Lake, ME.
She is survived by her four children Deborah Tomlin and husband William of Barkhamsted, Daniel DuBois of Canton, David DuBois and wife Arlene of Plantsville, and Dean DuBois and wife Debbie of Plantsville; a brother Robert Michaud; two sisters Bernadette Peters and Juliette Potelle, 7 grandchildren William Tomlin III and wife Sarah of Maryland, Kristie Bradley and husband Adam of New Hartford, Justin Tomlin and wife Katie of Texas, David DuBois, Brandon DuBois, Dakota Bybee and Michael Detelj, 9 great grandchildren, Derek Tomlin, Benjamin Silano, Addison Silano, Emerson Bradley, Madison Bradley, Morgan Bradley, Mason Bradley, Connor Tomlin and Hannah Tomlin, many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters Jeanette Raymond and Joanne Michaud and two brothers Gerard and Donald Michaud.
The funeral will be held on Saturday 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St. to St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd. for a Mass at 10 am. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 5 to 8 pm.
