Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 71. Beloved son of the late Viola and William Dunn. Loving brother of Barbara MacDonald, Cindy (the late Jim) McCormick and Denise Dunn (Robert Chaikosky). Dear Uncle of Todd MacDonald, Corey Mottley, Tegan McCormick, Calvin McCormick, Owen Chaikosky, and six great-nieces and nephews. Al will be missed by his partner Gayle Kessler, her children Patrick and Amber and her grandchildren: Colin, Jonathan, Emily, Zackary, and Alicia.
In keeping with Al’s wishes, cremation has taken place and entrusted to Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel (905-684-6346). A Celebration of Al’s life may take place at a later date. If desired, memorial donations made to the Ontario Minor Hockey Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
