On Friday July 1st at St. Catharines General Hospital surrounded by loved ones, Clifford Slack was taken to see Ma. Cliff was born July 6th 1928, he was in his 83rd year of his young at heart life.
He is survived by his loving wife Ruth Slack, daughter Susan (Paul) Gastaldi, son Tim (Lorraine) Slack, step
Son John (Tina) Bilous, step daughter Trisha. Loved by grand children Jessica (Sean Barbour) and Nick Gastaldi, Marshall and Cole Slack, Bailey (Steve) Bilous. Cliff is also survived by his first great-grandchild Maelle Marceline, born on Thursday, July 14, 2011. Survived by brother Walt (Joyce) Slack and predeceased by brother Bill (Pearl) Slack 2011.
Friends and family will greatly miss his jokes, generosity and most of all his laugh. Rest in peace. Cremation has taken place. Clifford’s family will receive visitors at HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Wednesday July 20th, 2011 from 11:00-1:00 with a service immediately following in the chapel.
