It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of David at his home on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the age of 70 years. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Helen Barber, and his sister Kathleen McCauley. Dear brother of Jean (Fred) McKeen and Shirley (Russell) Manning. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
David was a kind, gentle man; a loving son, brother and uncle; who loved his family and enjoyed tinkering on his cars.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at 12 p.m. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold, where he will be buried with his parents. A reception will follow the burial at Trinity United Church, 15 Pine St. S., Thorold. If desired, memorial donations made to Community Care would be appreciated by the family.
