Peacefully passed away at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, on Monday, November 18, 2013 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Irvene. Dear mother of Penny Cooper and Bruce Lippett. Mother in law of John Cooper. Loving grandmother of Alex, Matt and Samantha Cooper. Sister of Gladys McDougall. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Frances was an active member of Silver Spire Church for many years.
Family and friends will be received at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346), on Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Silver Spire Church, 366 St. Paul St. Interment to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
