It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Irene, at her home, on Thursday, October 4, 2012 with her husband of 45 years, Jack, by her side in her 64th year. Along with her husband, she will be deeply missed by her daughters Terri Oliver and Lesley (Paul Benford) and her grandchildren; Sydney, Davis, Sophie, and Emily. Irene is survived by her siblings; Marianne Carriere, Stephanie Harvey and John Romaniuk as well as her nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, (905-684-6346). An evening service will follow at 7 p.m. in the chapel. Cremation has taken place.
