SOKOLOW, Nadia (Kozub) – Passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2013 in her 89th year at her residence at Tufford Manor, with family by her side. Nadia was predeceased by her beloved husband George in 2002 and youngest daughter Lily in 2011. Born in the Ukraine they emigrated to Canada in 1951 eventually making St. Catharines their home. Loving mother of Alex Sokolow (Carol) and Val Keast (Ron). Grandmother of Michael DeRusha (Jennifer), Yvonne DeRusha (Peter), David Keast (Crystal), Ryan Keast (Candace), Stephan Sokolow, Andre Sokolow and Nicholas Sokolow. Great-grandmother to Jacob and Lucas. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and caregivers at Tufford for all their care. The family will receive friends
at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346), on Friday from 11-1 p.m., with Funeral Service to follow at 1 p.m. in the Chapel.
