Ron passed away peacefully, in St. Catharines, on Friday, October 21, 2022. Husband to the late Eleanor Elizabeth (nee Cox) who passed away on December 1, 2011. Father to Heather (John), Brian (Cherie), Brad and the late Stephanie (Danny). Grandfather to James, the late Brendan, Carter, Rachel, Jack, Ann-Marie, Colton and great grandfather to Kylie. Brother to Ann (Howard), uncle to Cheryl (Terrence), the late Mark, David (Christel) and Leigh (Sandra). In-law to Archie (Yvonne), Stuart (Yvonne) and uncle to many nieces and nephews including Ian, Emily, Lisa and Hamish.
The family wishes to extend many thanks to the doctors in the Niagara region who provided exceptional care. Thank you to Reny Rose Della Cruz who provided trusted home health care support for over 10 years. He also leaves behind his faithful dog Winnie.
Friends will be received at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines, (905-684-6346) on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Momentum Choir or a charity of your choice.
