Due to a lengthy illness with her family by her side, Shirley passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, Jan. 14, 2011. Dear wife of 60 years to Arthur; loving mother to Ruth Anne (Jeff) Lawryk, Mary Jane (Ted) Waszynski, & Anne Marie (Lorne) Roberts; loving grandmother to Scott, Jamie, Robyn, Corey, Joel, Dana & Samantha; dear step sister to Donna Doiron.
Friends will be received at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Sunday, Jan. 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, 83 Church St. on Monday Jan. 17th at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, the Canadian Cancer Society or to St. George’s Church would be appreciated.
