Peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by her beloved first husband Johnny Moberg and her second husband Joseph Miller. Loving mother of Gary (Lillian) Moberg and Karen (Juan) Gonzalez. Cherished “Ma Mere” of David. Step-grandmother of Coryn and Brian. Predeceased by siblings; Peter, Moses, Maurice, Emma, Mary, Irene, Evelyn, and Blanche. Theresa was a long time member and active in the UCW at Welland Avenue United Church for many years before moving to Silver Spire Church.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Silver Spire Church, 366 St. Paul St. Interment to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to The Salvation Army, Silver Spire Church or the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
