Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the age of 91. Beloved mother of Kathy (Ken) Roberts and David Kaminska (fiancé Robert Flagor); dearest sister of the late Warren (Kris) Butler; preceded in death by her loving parents, Harold and Alice Butler (nee Jahn); dear aunt and friend to many.
Barbara was born in Paterson, New Jersey and raised in Glen Rock, New Jersey. She was married and lived in Edmonton, Canada for two years, then Bronxville, New York for 20 years before settling in St. Louis.
Barbara worked as a Secretary at Concordia College in Bronxville New York and in St. Louis at the Missouri District of the Lutheran Church for many years before retiring.
She was a lifelong choir member of every church she belonged to and was very active at the Village Lutheran Church in Ladue.
SERVICE: Visitation, Friday, September 9th from 2:30 -3:00 pm at Village Lutheran Church, 9327 Clayton Rd.; Ladue, MO with a service to follow at 3:00 pm. A private burial will be held in Paterson, NJ
