Charlie was the beloved husband of the late Dolores J. (nee Narancich) Siebert; loving and devoted father of Charles (Susan) Siebert, Cheryl Layton, and Carrie (John) Carrigan; cherished and loving grandfather of Shawn Layton, Stephanie Layton, Christine (Matthew) Lavear, Blake (Ashlee Leon) Carrigan, Brett Carrigan, and Johanna Carrigan; dear great-grandfather of Layton and Sophie; dear uncle, great-uncle and a friend to many.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 22 from 9:30-10:30am at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church, 3900 Meramec Street 63116. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am. A Rite of Committal with Full Military Honors will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
