Christopher Daniel Finn

Christopher Daniel Finn, born September 20, 1976, 39 years of age, passed peacefully on Thursday, July 28, 2016. He will be missed by all who knew him but especially by his family. Loving son of Laura Ann Finn (nee Chitwood) and the late Clarence C. Mick Finn, Jr. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Michael (Carol Kmiecik), Kathy (Mario) Ruggeri, Timothy (Pamela Forkner), and Staci (Matt) Turner. Dearest uncle, great uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Chris was a Senior IT Middleware Engineer at CenturyLink, after more than fifteen years of systems administration, specializing in enterprise level environments. He studied at St. Louis University, Webster University, and Marquette University, after graduating from St. Louis University High School. Chris was a lover of music, literature, technology, and certainly never one to turn down good foods or drinks. He loved his family and friends to a fault. He was always available for a technology question, to help a friend in need, or to wax poetic about John Coltrane. Everyone who knew Chris, knew that if Chris liked it, everyone should like it. (Does that remind you of his father?) Chris faced struggles with alcohol in his life but he was steadfast in his dedication to family, hard work, and perfection.

Please feel free to honor Chris by wearing jeans, Chuck Taylors, or any attire that reminds you of Chris. We know Chris would never want you to put on a tie for him, dude!
