Beloved son of the late James and Patricia (Regan) Rapp; loving brother of Katie Ludwinski, Mike (Betty), Tom (Monica), Sally Rothlisberger, Bill (Kathy), and the late Dan Rapp; loving uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 28 at 9am, at St. James the Greater Catholic Church 6401 Wade 63139, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
