Joyce Ann Prusaczyk

Joyce Ann (Beiter) Prusaczyk, age 68, passed away from natural causes at Barnes Hospital on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. She was born on March 31, 1946, in St. Louis, MO. Joyce attended St. Gabriel's Elementary School, St. Joseph's Academy High School, and graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She worked as an RN primarily in home health and nursing home care. Joyce was a creative artist, loved gardening, and had a passion for politics.

She is survived by her children Michael (Sharon) Prusaczyk and Jacqueline Prusaczyk; her grandchildren: Reed Usher; Jenica Bratton; Sam and Ellie Prusaczyk; her sister, Gloria Grandone and brother-in-law Jack Grandone; nephew, Dan (Becky) Grandone and niece, Jennifer (Marty) Grandone Mozena; great nephews, Gabe and Leo Grandone and Jackson, Sam, and Isaac Mozena and great niece, Zoey Mozena. She is further survived by her Godmother Shirley Green.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Alverna Beiter and her beloved daughter, Elizabeth.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 22, at St. Gabriel the Archangel Church. Visitation will be at the Church from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. with Monsignor John Schamleffer officiating. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery, St. Louis, MO. If desired, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Gabriel the Arc Angel Catholic Church.
