June H. Coan

89 years, 11 months, of St. Louis, Missouri, died of natural causes on August 15th, 2012, at her residence while tending to her beloved rose garden. Born September 13th, 1922, she married Lawrence M. Coan, Sr., in 1946, they had six children, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. June was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence M. Coan, Sr., her daughters, Sr. Mary June Coan, C.P.P.S. and Suzanne Coan Randall. She is survived by her four sons, L. Michael (Joan) Coan of Kimberling City, Missouri, Patrick J. (Gabi) Coan of Berlin, Germany, Timothy R. Coan of Chicago, Illinois and Kevin T. (Siri) Coan of Oakville, Missouri and son-in-law, Steve Randall of St. Louis, Missouri; our dear aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend to many.

Funeral from Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson on Mon., Aug. 20, 2012 at 9:30 AM to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church for Funeral Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in June’s memory to National Multiple Sclerosis Society (The Gateway Area Chapter) or The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Gateway Chapter). Visitation will be held at Hoffmeister Colonial on Sun. from 4-8 PM PM.
