TIKVART, LaVergn, 88, on Thursday, February 16, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Vincent J. Tikvart; dear aunt of William (Sandra) Wallace and Margaret (Ron) Lemons; dear sister of the late Rosemary (nee Nesveda) Wallace.
LaVergn graduated from the Bond County School District and worked in several offices in billing, including MOPAC. Her family had moved to a farm in Greenville, IL where she developed her love for animals and supported a variety of Pet Causes. She especially loved her dogs, Scottie and Maddie. She also volunteered for many years at the Utlaut Hospital Thrift Shop in Greenville.
SERVICES: Funeral Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 9:30am at HOFFMEISTER COLONIAL MORTUARY 6464 Chippewa at Watson. Interment: Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 4-7pm.
