Michael A. Dolan Sr.

Mike was the beloved son of the late Lucille (nee Arambula) Dolan and the late Robert Dolan; cherished father of Michael A. (Erica) Dolan, Jr.; dear brother of Robert M. Dolan, Mary E. (Paul) Werkmeister, and James P. (Terry) Dolan; a dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Mike was proud of his roots and his education at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Grade School and Christian Brothers College High School. Those years helped shape his character and sparked a lifelong passion for sports.

An accomplished athlete, Mike held deep respect for the coaches who mentored him and the lessons they instilled – discipline, teamwork and accountability – which stayed with him throughout his life. Sports were a constant source of enjoyment, whether he was watching a game, discussing strategy, or recalling stories from earlier days.

Known for his quick wit, Mike had a natural way of keeping things light, often delivering a perfectly timed comment that left people smiling. It was a quality that made time spent with him memorable and easy.

Above all, Mike was devoted to his family and took great pride in being a father, brother, and uncle. He will be remembered for his loyalty, steady presence, and the warmth he brought to those around him.
