She was the beloved daughter of Robert and Diane (nee Missey) Shockley; loving mother of Aiden and Aubrey; a dear niece, cousin, and a friend to many in her lifetime.
Sara loved to sit outside, relaxing and watching the birds. She created her own little “nest” on the porch, where she and Aubrey had trained a few squirrels to come right up to them to eat. She had a dream of opening a foundation to help women who are victims of sexual assault. She was starting school in the fall to change her life.
Sara has been taken from us way too soon and our hearts are broken without her.
We pray she is finally at peace. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Sara was a devoted mother, a loving daughter, and always will be “daddy’s girl”.
